Hidden Fees
There are no hidden processing fees or surcharges. The price displayed at checkout is the final price for delivery.
2. Delivery Time
Our estimated delivery time is calculated by adding the processing time to the shipping time.

Please note: Orders placed after the cut-off time or during weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Address Changes
We understand that mistakes can happen. You may request a change to your shipping address within 24 hours of placing your order.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, we are unable to modify the delivery address.
4. Order Cancellation
Before Shipment
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
After Shipment
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. Please refer to our Return Policy to request a return after receiving the package.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become available and update.
6. Packages Damaged During Transit
We take great care in packaging your order. If your package arrives damaged:

Include your order number and photos of the damaged packaging and/or products
After verification, we will provide a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
7. Missing or Lost Packages
If the tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it:

We will assist you with filing a claim and locating your order.
