Refund Policy

1. Return Period

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Unfortunately, requests made after this period are not eligible for a refund or return.

2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Condition: The item must be in the same condition in which you received it (undamaged, unused, and unwashed).

  • Packaging: The item must be in its original packaging with all tags still attached.

  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide the receipt or other proof of purchase.

3. Return Process

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at support@umecosme.us with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note: Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Costs & Restocking Fees

Defective or Damaged Items

If the return is the result of our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), UME COSME will cover the return shipping costs.

Change of Mind

If you are returning an item because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size or color, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees.

5. Damages and Issues (Incorrect or Defective Items)

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@umecosme.us. We will assess the issue and resolve it at no cost to you.

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the current item. Once the return has been accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.

7. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

Approved Refunds

Approved refunds will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Processing Time

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
